Maintenance software for river cruise ships

Planned maintenance by days, months or running hours – for the engine room and for everything technical in the hotel. One list per ship, on the phone of the engineer and on the screen in the office.

Why a river cruise ship needs its own system

Most maintenance software is made for cargo ships and tankers. A river cruise ship also has a floating hotel: cabins, a galley, air conditioning, lifts and a reception that reports something broken every day. The engineer needs one list for all of it – not an Excel file next to a WhatsApp group.

What you get

The engineer’s start page: what needs doing first, with one tap to sign off.

Getting started without a big project

You send the maintenance list you already have in Excel. I import it, set up the areas and components of your ship with you, and you start with what is due this week. Most ships start with maintenance and certificates, and switch on more modules later.

Questions

Can we import our existing maintenance list?

Yes. Maintenance tasks, spare parts and safety equipment can be imported from Excel. I help you with the first import.

Does it work with running hours?

Yes. Every component can have its own counter. Tasks by running hours are planned from the counter, and the engineer is reminded when a counter has not been filled in for a while.

Can the office see all ships?

Yes. The office sees the whole fleet: what is overdue, what is coming up and which problems are open, per ship.
